I run a rebounding studio in Kloof, the upper highway area of Durban, KZN.

I found rebounding in 2020 and from my very first bounce I was hooked and knew I had to share the joy of bouncing with as many people as possible.

Rebounding is a form of low-impact exercise performed on a mini-trampoline.

Rebounding is easy on the joints, allowing the cardiovascular system to work hard without the impact of traditional forms of exercise such as running.

HOW DOES

REBOUNDING WORK

Rebounding allows every cell in your body to adapt to an environment that it’s not used to.

Your body is then required to work harder to defy gravity and stabilises itself on a vertical plane.

Each cell is stimulated due to this “stress” and can be likened to having a “cellular massage”. Therefore, rebounding works your entire body while reaching health benefits that go beyond exercise.
